BEAR TRAIL GOLF TOURNAMENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

We are delighted you are looking to host your golf event at Bear Trail Golf.  In order to assist
you in putting on the best event possible, please review the following guidelines and submit the
tournament request form below.

All tournaments are reserved on a first submitted/first available - first reserved basis.

The following minimums are required to conduct a tournament at Bear Trail.

Mon-Thurs (48)
Fri-Sun (72)

Max is 112 for any tournament unless special arrangements are made.

We currently do not offer tournament reservations for days listed as Federal Holidays.

In the event your group is unable to meet the minimum number of golfers listed above, please
note that we will make every effort to accommodate your group, but we have the option to send
all golfers off in tee time order so that we may support open play once your
group has left the teeing area.

Tournament coordinators are responsible for collecting all funds, and paying one total payment
to Bear Trail Golf prior to the event starting.

Tournament coordinators/POC's are responsible for the conduct of the tournament and
ensuring that are golfers follow the rules and regulations of the golf course.

Appropriate golf attire is requested by all participants.  Shoes must be soft spike golf shoes,
tennis shoes or flat sole shoes.  Boots or "chunky soled" shoes are not permitted.  Items
specifically deemed to be not approved are torn/ frayed / offensive in nature. If there
are any questions regarding this matter, please contact the General Manager of Bear Trail Golf.

If your group is having food catered, it is the responsibility of the tournament coordinator to
schedule, pay and arrange for delivery of food for your group.

A non-playing Point of Contact is required in order to handle situations, which may arise
throughout the tournament, such as those listed above as well as handling any unforeseen
circumstances that may arise during the course of your event.

All golfers are requested to be at the Bear Trail Golf designated tournament briefing location 15
minutes prior to scheduled tee off. The tournament coordinator will provide any last minute
details and the Bear Trail Staff will provide a quick brief on any specific
information relating to the course for that time.

Please ensure participants are informed that all golfers/guests are strictly prohibited from
bringing their own alcohol on to the golf course grounds.

Thank you and we look forward to seeing you in the future.
